Just done the coast walk from Aberystwyth to Borth. Stopped to have a walk on Sarn Cynfelyn. A shingle spit that reaches 11km into Cardigan Bay. It's the origin of Cantre'r Gwaelod, the legendary flood-whelmed lost land, because it looks like a man made road. It's not, it's a glacial feature.

TBF, ALL wells in or near churches in Wales have mystic healing properties
Our local church (St Cynfelyn) has a (dried up) well that was reputed to be good for eye & foot ailments. Hopefully you wouldn't be bathing your eyes after someone with a leprous foot!
But I reckon it's in the wrong place!
