Unless you work for the federal government, where a DBPP cant go underwater because the government wont ever go bankrupt, pensions generally are worse for the employees than a matching RRSP contribution. DCPPs in particular are a big PITA for the employee. More employers should talk about this.

From what I've been able to ascertain from my rudimentary research, and please correct me where I'm wrong, but do come with verifiable data supporting your position, but this revelation has inched Dubai into the lead over Austin as the densest DBpP (douchebag per person) population on earth.
