JOHANNESBURG — France's defense procurement agency (DGA) conducted the first operational flight of ArianeGroup's SyLEx sounding rocket Nov. 4, carrying experimental payloads to support the development of the country's next-generation ballistic missile. The single-stage, solid-fuel rocket was launched from the DGA missile testing facility in Biscarrosse, in France. According to a DGA statement released after the launch, the flight carried several experiments to support further development of the country’s M51.4 ballistic missile, including tests aimed at improving the missile's payload performance.

Damn, what a shame. Janoo lost by 20,000 votes; Warmington by 21,000. I really think the DGA should have invested some resources here, but fundamentally, nobody took these races very seriously. Everyone seemed to think that Ayotte and Scott would just sleepwalk to massive wins
There's a very realistic chance we topple Scott and Ayotte, for those keeping track at home, so that could be another two in the bag to add to Nevada and Alaska, which we will also flip. Nebraska and Kansas might join the fun, too
Of the 21 governor races have been called, Democrats have taken 17. Republicans have only taken 4.

Incidentally, there's not really an excuse for the DGA not investing anything here. These states are dirt-cheap; a couple million between Warmington and Janoo would have been a huge return on investment
