This is significant. The requirements listed in a recent procurement notice for ICE's renewed purchase of LexisNexis Risk's LexID and Accurint Virtual Crime Center products mention inferring identity from "behavioral indicators, device metadata, network signatures, commercial telemetry data".
Yikes. ICE is asking LexisNexis to integrate with Palantir. This paragraph jumped out at me - they're looking to take "anonymized behavioral indicators" combine it with other data to "infer the identity of the end user." This sounds a lot like LexisNexis' ThreatMetrix, an anti-fraud product.

Not enough people are talking about this. Renditioning immigrants is immensely cruel and that is the point: ICE wants immigrants suffering and dead and they want it done by proxy in other country so they can avoid justice. And they know this threat terrifies immigrants. Your tax $$ funds it.

ICE’s ERO ONE is official. The agency is looking for 140+ intel analysts to work nationwide to locate immigrants, map their social networks, and help plan arrest operations.
ICE plans intel units in every field office to research immigrants, map who they know
ERO ONE would task them with researching individuals and charting their associates for the agents who carry out arrests and deportations.
