Face age estimation doesn't even meet the threshold for "fairness" when it is used for age-gating the internet, so of course it can be used to make life-changing decisions !? I think Yoti need to review their ethics and unpublished DPIA.

“No expectation of privacy” from U.S. GOVERNMENT search is not the legal standard for collecting & using personal data in the EU. In the EU, publicly-available personal data is still personal data. It cannot be processed at all unless it meets 1 of 6 legal bases. You might need to complete a DPIA.
