Good news! The Citizens Energy Package from the 🇪🇺 Commission could enable 16M households & 630k SMEs to produce their own renewables by 2030.
But we’re missing the how. DSOs must play a more proactive role to make this happen.

Just another brilliantly clear evening here in southern Vermont. With it being so near to full, it’s about the only thing that’s observable this evening besides the bright stars. DSOs will have to wait a week.

Just a *tad* bit of atmospheric chromatic dispersion on Venus (live view).
It’s so low in the sky, the curvature of the atmosphere separates (disperses) the colors like a prism.
This can be fixed with an atmospheric dispersion corrector (ADC). I’ll be doing DSOs tonight, so not installed.🔭🧪
