Six long spikes have been added around this, sticking straight out. A single long spike juts from the hitting end of the bat. The handle is wrapped in black cloth with a slight sheen to it.

Getting these red bars right was a bit of a challenge. Unless it's very stiff, cloth likes to move in every direction at once.
