It is likely the best Christmas ever and it comes with the full realization that someone is having the worst. I hope the grieving find comfort knowing their family will be held closely in love. #DonateLife

22 years ago my niece had a heart transplant at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles when she was 6 weeks old. That heart is still keeping her alive today. I am so grateful to the donor family. It was the greatest Christmas present I ever received. #DonateLife 💚💙
