I will say that these criteria resemble the criteria to qualify for EB1 immigration classification so it could just be some tech bro used those/ChatGPT to set them and was then like how much could a banana cost to come up with the salary. Unsurprisingly both roads lead to the same destination.

Agree, except & please know I am an expert on the topic...there is no "Einstein visa." No degree required for EB1. I've done them for other models, artists, entertainers, etc. I don't know her case & maybe she shouldn't have been approved. But the term "Einstein" irks me bc it's not accurate.

짝꿍 학교 통해서 영주권 넣으려는거 사실 학교 통해서 하면 EB1으로 수속할 수 있을거 같아서 그런건데 멕시코도 중국 인도처럼 EB2쿼터가 따로 있어서 꽤나 밀려있는 모양이고 근데 EB1은 current 더라고. 근데 학교가 저 모양인건 둘째치고 이쯤되면 학교 관계자가 EB1이 뭔지 EB2가 뭔지는 알까 싶어져서 저 사람들을 믿어도 되나 싶어지는거임 🤦🏻♀️

짝꿍 학교 통해서 영주권 넣으려는거 사실 학교 통해서 하면 EB1으로 수속할 수 있을거 같아서 그런건데 멕시코도 중국 인도처럼 EB2쿼터가 따로 있어서 꽤나 밀려있는 모양이고 근데 EB1은 current 더라고. 근데 학교가 저 모양인건 둘째치고 이쯤되면 학교 관계자가 EB1이 뭔지 EB2가 뭔지는 알까 싶어져서 저 사람들을 믿어도 되나 싶어지는거임 🤦🏻♀️
