🦟 Promising results for a new single-dose #malaria treatment.

The Phase 2a CAPTURE-1 study found >90% efficacy at Day 28 in adults and adolescents in Gabon and Uganda, with no serious adverse events reported.

CAPRISA 012c trial found that a combination of two broadly neutralising antibodies was safe and well tolerated.

Funded by EDCTP, the trial evaluated CAP256V2LS and VRC07-523LS in 1,023 HIV-negative women in South Africa and Zambia.
