Clonal driver neoantigen loss under EGFR TKI and immune selection pressures - Nature
We show the evolution of a case of EGFR mutant lung cancer treated with a combination of erlotinib, osimertinib, radiotherapy and a personalized neopeptide vaccine targeting somatic mutations, including EGFR exon 19 deletion.

Brief Report: Osimertinib Plus Capmatinib for Patients with MET-Altered EGFR NSCLC following progression

“Cap/osi is an effective and reasonably well tolerated treatment for osimertinib-resistant EGFR-mutant NSCLC with MET alteration.”

Brief Report: Osimertinib Plus Capmatinib for Patients with MET-Altered EGFR-Mutant NSCLC following progression on front line therapy
Osimertinib resistance represents a significant challenge in the management of EGFR-mutant NSCLC. MET alteration is a common resistance mechanism and previous work has established that combination EGFR/MET inhibition may represent a viable treatment strategy in this population. There are emerging data suggesting that a combination of capmatinib and osimertinib (cap/osi) will be effective in this setting although prospective data is limited.

Lazertinib Plus Pemetrexed and Carboplatin in Patients With EGFR-Mutant Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer after Progression on Lazertinib
Therapeutic strategies after progression on third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) remain suboptimal in EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We investigated whether co...

New #ScienceSignaling research involving cells, spheroids, and mice suggests that drugs that inhibit a protein named SOS1 could enhance the staying power and efficacy of the frontline therapy osimertinib for some patients with non-small cell #LungCancer. https://scim.ag/3LXLklS
SOS1 inhibition suppresses the emergence of osimertinib resistance to generate a durable response in EGFR-mutant lung cancer
Targeting the Ras pathway effector SOS1 sustains the sensitivity of lung cancer cells to EGFR inhibition.
