As someone whose battled bulimia for 23 years, it's all the more special to sit and really enjoy a meal with family

Knowing today I have this under control and the urges are less has given me a new quality of life, especially the more 'todays' that build up

What a revelation - someone taking so openly and honestly about #bulimia in a way that speaks absolutely about my life and my #eatingdistress

Things I thought were secret, hidden, things even I wouldn't admit to myself. I feel so exposed, yet far less alone.

VOXED’s holistic, co-produced approach really resonates, and the pay-what-you-can and online format is what accessibility should actually look like

Looking forward to learning, connecting, and being in a space where lived experience truly belongs

Having lived with #EatingDistress for 25 years, shaped by trauma, neurodiversity, hormones & depression. Too often it’s been sidelined in treatment when other risks took priority
