I know the EclipseCross is a total sin for its name. BUT Worked for what I needed it for, was awesome in the snow, takes on the rough forestry roads and decent space for moving back and forth across Canada. Kinda more unique than a RAV4 or CRV and a heck of a lot cheaper.
