It’s Kansas. The last Democrat elected to the Senate from Kansas was 1932. He’s never had women arrested because they weren’t able to pay a medical debt. If you want a Vermont Democrat, you’ll never elect them in Kansas. The Senate will not have 2/3 vote for removal from office.
