It also annoys me because my kitchen absolutely includes preservatives, natural flavors, and emulsifiers. Most people's do. Mustard is an emulsifier. Sugar, salt, and vinegar are all preservatives. I assume the vanilla extract in the fridge probably counts as natural flavor

Speaking as someone who did his doctoral work in colloids and thin films, I am incredibly insulted by this guy's assertion that "emulsifiers" are a scary chemical being added to bread.

this from a culture that considers it wholesome and natural to drink the breast milk of another species as adults, to the point that some of you have /mutated/ to be able to actually digest it despite no longer being infants like it was produced for
