Der gestern veröffentlichte ENISA Threat Landscape 2026 zeigt: 33,8 % der erfassten Vorfälle im EU-Sektor öffentliche Verwaltung betreffen die lokale Ebene. 81,8 % sind DoS-/DDoS-Angriffe. Ein zeitweise unerreichbares Webportal bedeutet noch keinen kommunalen Notbetrieb.
