For my non American followers, Kleagle is a title in the Kkk; the Knights of Columbus are basically the Masons for Catholics (Catholics are prohibited from participating in freemasonry)

Occurs to me that one aspect of British culture that’s not obvious to outsiders is that in Britain “freemasonry” is mostly understood as a synonym for “police corruption“
