Instead of rigging elections with partisan gerrymandering, the #FairRepresentationAct would enable states to use #RankedChoiceVoting to achieve #ProportionalRepresentation that more accurately represents voters:

The #FairRepresentationAct ( #RankedChoiceVoting + multi winner districts) will end gerrymandering, ensure partisan fairness, enable multiple constituencies of color to elect candidates of choice, AND it’s the most effective strategy available to us to elect more women to Congress!
