Glad sun is out today and acupuncturist this morning gives me better chance to be functional and maybe even a little play today.

Healing has many levels been through this before with fibromyalgia and now with long covid from being miserably unaware just total mess to madly aware I'm so fucking close then crash boom bang.

The trying and pushing are the culprits but so hard in society of doing.

Knew that once the pain went away in my right shoulder it would appear in the left…5 months bad right one but finally can get arm over head tho weak…now left is going pain in shoulder, arm and hand not behaving…acupuncture now needs concentrate on left.
