If i had listened to doctors dismissing my Multiple Sclerosis symptoms, it would have taken longer than 2 years to get a diagnosis.
My mom went at least a decade being called "paranoid" before finding out she had Fibromayalgia.

I'm reminded of the early days of the COVID pandemic when the chronically ill community predicted LongCovid and doctors' dismissal of it and were told we were doom mongers. I'm glad to see some synergy between MECFS & LongCovid, but a lot of us *cough*fibromayalgia*cough* are thrown under the bus.
