FilmWatch Weekly: ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ tries to live up to its name, plus much more • Oregon ArtsWatch
Eager to reach a superhero-fatigued audience, the latest installment in the MCU skips the self-seriousness of recent entries, opting instead for the naïve altruism of its Silver Age comic roots.

Why am I so obsessed with this film? Watching again whilst working from home, I've seen it way too many times like all of Quentin's films. Which one next?

They are making a Wolf Creek 3 eek 🙌🏽.

I'll admit the first 2 films were a bit of a slow burn, but I love them & John Jarratt plays the killer part so well. The TV series was even better to. Looks like a re-watch of the films & 2 series are on the cards.

If gameplay is equivalent to filmwatch, does that make a gameplay programmer analogous to something like a director of photography?

This was a really good, slow burning, psychological Australian film that involves an editor being paid to work on snuff videos, which causes her to have bad visions of the people in those videos.

Go see it if you haven't already 😉
