I have a fontless mind, probably related to the fact that I have a mostly imageless mind! If I "picture a word" I hear it more than see it, but I don't really feel like hearing is the right way to describe it either. I just kinda conceptualise it...?

Yeah, loading fonts that way works fine but you lose the benefits of fontless/fontaine. It works great in other frameworks using vite so should be solvable? no clue if it's on fontless or RRs side though

There’s so much to unpack here, not least because TNR has come to seem old-fashioned while Calibri has always been somewhat ungainly. I’ve been default-fontless since 2023.
