Ich hab heute Morgen Poridge mit Proteinpulver und Obst gegessen, das hat lange satt gemacht. Aber zufrieden war ich nicht.
Die ganze Zeit hab ich darüber gegrummelt, dass mich das nicht glücklich macht. Und hatte Cravings nach irgendwas.
Glücklich sind jene die kein Problem mit Foodnoise haben.

Schon ungewöhnlich, denn unter GLP-1 geht normalerweise auch der Foodnoise zurück und es wird auch bei Binge Eating Störung in Studien untersucht. Die Gefahr dabei ist eher, dass die Essstörung in die andere Richtung kippt.

Keine Ernährungsroutine die reicht zum Abnehmen, ist für mich auf Dauer befriedigend mit Foodnoise.
Ich muss mich dauerhaft unter Kontrolle halten, das ist wahnsinnig herausfordernd.
Und ja ich hab bereits 15 Kg abgenommen, über einen längeren Zeitraum, ich hab da definitiv dran gearbeitet.

Ernährungsumstellung läuft eigentlich gut. Und dennoch habe ich Tage, an denen das Foodnoise so laut ist, dass ich dann doch Schoki oder Chips plündere. Hasse das.
