Every now and then, I'm struck thinking about the self-transformation the Marines are undertaking today.

Then, I run across something in official reports that reinforces my thinking about change.

Das klassische BW Forcedesign zu skalieren hilft im Bereich Klimaresilienz nicht wirklich weiter. Was da passiert sind (vorhersehbare und eingeplante) Notlösungen.
Vorausschauend müsste man gucken welche dual use Fähigkeiten auf beide Achsen einzahlen.
