わいわい。nginxも一応まだtracを見る限り更新は続いているのだが、今勢いがあるのはやはりfreenginx。freenginxが各ディストリビューションでメインとして採用される日も近いかもしれない。

Nginx a été forké en FreeNginx par Maxim Dounin, core dev et ancien salarié de F5 a qui appartient le projet. Pour rappel les bureaux de Moscou ont été fermé par F5 et des dissensions sont apparues entre l'entreprise et les développeurs sur le projet ⤵️

ソースコードをのぞいてみたがfork後に大きな変更は行われてなかった。本家nginxの方も脆弱性対応後に一応ソースコードは更新されているが動きは鈍い。freenginxが主流になる可能性あるかも。
HTTP/3に実験対応した「freenginx 1.26.0」が安定版に ～本家「nginx」に動きなし／「Apache」と並ぶ市場シェアを誇るオープンソースのWebサーバーシステム
　「freenginx 1.26.0」が4月9日、安定版としてリリースされた。v1.25.0のmainlineブランチで試されていた新機能と不具合修正がとりこまれており、実験的なHTTP/3サポート、さまざまなDoS攻撃緩和策の改善、AIO処理の修正などが利用可能となっている。
