And it's easy to call this journalist a stupid racist (fun too!) but it takes real technical skill to craft these articles, which frontload a kind of racist-friendly conspiratorial miasma, then sprinkle just enough facts to deflect accusations that they're straightforward right-wing propaganda.
If you want to see who's going to help launder Haley Stevens's reputation, it's racist journalists like this one who are repeating deceptive "welfare fraud" lies to get out the Republican vote.
