Onboard G-XLEG, my forth time on this aircraft but finally I’m on the upper deck of a BA A380 (every attempt before I’ve been upgraded to J on the main deck).

This week, we have a British Airways Airbus A380 on final descent into London Heathrow Airport as it completes another long-haul mission. British Airways operates a fleet of 12 Airbus A380 aircraft in its widebody fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A350-1000, Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787-8, Boeing 787-9 and Boeing 787-10 in its widebody operation, connecting London to the world. This aircraft - G-XLEG - was delivered to British Airways in September 2014. It has remained in the British Airways fleet since being delivered, save for a period where it was stored between June 2020 and November 2021.
