I'm so pleased that I know about this from the Louise Penny Gamache books!
so today I learned that Canadian engineers take a sacred oath written by Rudyard Kipling which is *clearly* worded to bind them as defenders against the fae.

Canada should name Inspector Gamache as the fentanyl czar. There's no way Trump would know that Gamache isn't a real person.
I think Canada should follow the lead the US is setting and appoint a random 19-year-old as the Fentanyl Czar.

I grew up with Christie's Marple and Poirot, but slightly preferred Ngaio Marsh's Inspector Alleyn. Also a huge fan of Louise's Armand Gamache and Laurie R. King's Mary Russell.
