More Green and Left in the center relatively, CDU and AfD perform relatively worse there.

And there is one outlier with regards to CDU and FDP. Can you guess which district it is?

R Observatory unpacks the source code of every R package release and measures what it finds. For ggplot2 that is 921 functions, each placed on a call graph of what calls what. Turn on coverage to find the corners the tests never reach.

This year I focus on Pays de la Loire in France, and particularly on Sarthe as a marvelous atlas. I decided to draft maps in French for once.

Most likely all will be drawn with #ggplot2 in #Rstats

Your ggplot2 bars come out A, B, C, not sorted by value. ggplot2 isn't ignoring you.

Bar order comes from the factor levels.

factor(x, levels = x[order(value)]) sets them by hand. forcats::fct_reorder(x, value) does it inside aes().

Learn the mechanic, not just the shortcut.

Cologne is home to 8 clubs in the top 6 divisions of German association football.

This map shows an entirely unrealistic division of the city would be divided up if everyone supported the club whose stadium was closest to their home.
