Cloudflare bude vydávat postkvantové TLS certifikáty
Cloudflare v úterý uvedl, že v budoucnu bude vydávat i postkvantové TLS certifikáty. Ty jsou známé jako Merkle Tree Certificates (MTC). Vydávat budou hybridní certifikát, který bude obsahovat jak klasický, tak MTC. Služba bude zdarma jak pro platící, tak pro neplatící zákazníky.
Zatím ještě certifikáty nevydávají, ale již požádali o začlenění do root certifikátů Chrome, Apple, Microsoftu a Mozilly. To bude zajišťovat společnost GlobalSign. Další informací je, že vydávání certifikátů bude automatizováno přes rozšířený protokol ACME.

En aquest context el passat 13 de juny, GlobalSign, l'última gran CA comercial que treballava amb Rússia, va començar a revocar certificats d'entitats russes sancionades. A l'agost, set grans bancs russos ja usaven certificats d'una CA de l'Estat rus.

GlobalSignのルートCA証明書が変更になったせいで、OpenRoaming や eduroam などでも、一部に影響が出ているらしい。ルートは滅多に変わるものではないので、管理者でも見落としがち。
