I’m taking you to the heart of the Cyclades! A cheese that deserves to be at the centre of our attention! Despite known nowadays primary as a "glamorous" & glitchy (probably kitsch) holiday summer spot, nevertheless has a long history.

The one on the top is
traditional semi-soft goat cheese, with a spicy flavour and aroma of thyme, and other dried herbs. It is produced in the cycladic island of Ios. Also tsngy and strong aromas of goat!

Inspired by one of my favourite #appetizers (melitzanosalata), I present to you Charred #Zucchini Dip. Smoky zucchini with garlic, crumbled Feta, herbs, lemon and olive oil make this dip a fine excuse to break out the crusty bread.
