In Trump’s version of Cats, Growltiger lives, because the Persians and the Siamese cats deserved it. The Siamese did maul his ear, after all. Then Griddlebone totally gives it up.

One of ours - Griddlebone, so named because she was the NAUGHTIEST kitten - early developed a taste for sitting on a human head, moving to the shoulder when she outgrew our craniums.
She now rides my husband's shoulder downstairs every morning, and stands by, YOWLING in anticipation as he dresses.

Also, get the audio version with Billy McCaw the parrot song. Delightful that Growl Tiger sings to Griddlebone instead of the aria, none of this matters and you don't have to think about it, but Billy McCaw is great.

And you could built up to Macavity: Have Rumpleteaser steal something, and end their episode delivering it to a shadowy cat. Have Griddlebone slink back to him after Growltiger, clearly anxious.

SMALL CORRECTION: we were gifted the “fake!Deuteronomy” coat (if you know you know) from the US Nat tour as their designs changed as well as the griddlebone gloves (which we bedazzled). We have Grizz shoes we didn’t send since $300 LaDuca.
