Oooooooh, that's very intriguing. The description of a huge black dog with enormous red eyes that follows you on dark nights is identical to eg Black Shuck, the Barguest and Gwyllgi of English and Welsh lore. (Plus many others). Yet clearly there is no cultural connection.

gwyllgi has no trouble spotting taash because they tend to stand out. although if gwyllgi needed to, they could ask scout, the wisp in their bird skull necklace, to find them.

That chocolate came from some local breeder, we’re not sure who. He was GORGEOUS and had not a mean bone in his body, but was DUMB AS A BRICK. Loved everyone, no self-control. Gwyllgi (black) is similarly in love with everyone, very smart! But similar complete disregard for rules. NOT EASY. 🤪

Genetics are so weird. Myrddin (red) is smaller than his dam! And Gwyllgi (black), despite being the “most chunky, boisterous male” in the litter, is pretty small!
