Ich hatte den HRQL die letzten Jahre immer wieder im Studium, sei es als Beispiel zur Auswertung in R, in Testtheorie/Diagnostik und was auch immer. Er hat einfach nichts mit ableistischen Functioninglevels zutun und ist einfach generell zur Lebensqualitätbeurteilung geeignet. Google das doch?

Aber darum geht es im HRQL doch gar nicht. Das ist ein Fragebogen, der subjektiv empfundene Lebensqualität misst. "Funktionalität" ist anders zu verstehen und hat nichts mit diesen Labels zutun. Es wäre problematisch, wenn Fragen auf ableistische Maßstäbe abzielten.
