One of my favourite things about this #HaloFastGrow challenge has been cracking out the OBSCENELY bright colours to highlight with that I usually don't get to use on anything!

I decided to push my self and finish the box. Finished all 8 by 2pm yesterday! Halo Fast Grow Challenge complete! What fireteam and models did you complete during the challenge. Fully painted with pro acryl paints. #halo #halofastgrow #manticgames #odst #painting

ODST ready to drop. I tried using the different colors to evoke the sense that this squad was built from bits and pieces of survivors from separate units who have all come together to survive while still preserving the individuality of each model. #halofastgrow #halo #halo3odst #odst #manticgames

Fireteam Hammer finished for the #HaloFastGrow challenge! I've got a few days left... time to paint a couple extra Spartans for some options, I think! The Marines are a funky little blob of softer targets, but add an extra Tactician and Special Order each turn.

#HaloFastGrow Marines closing in on done! Cheeky green stuff sculpt for an Easter Egg photographed badly until it's in place on my last Fast Grow model: Tomas Horvath.

#HaloFastGrow complete! I really tried to choose approaches that were speedier than my normal techniques. Overall I'm pretty happy with the result. Did some sculpting too!

I picked these guys up with the Starter Pack for the 1.5 edition release, unfortunately I painted them too soon for the #halofastgrow challenge 😅.

...huh. Finished painting my Fireteam for the #HaloFastGrow already. I've gotta put the last few touches on bases, but they're done, and I've got five days left!
Might just paint another couple of Spartans for some options!

Racing through the last few highlights to add the final guy to my #HaloFastGrow Fireteam. Dry, base goop, dry! Aaaaa!

Progress on my #HaloFlashpoint "Red Team" fireteam that I had started last week for the now over Mantic Games #HaloFastGrow event. SADLY, I didn't even finish one dude out of the four I intended. I even had the crazy idea to get 9 guys done, including Master Chief.

I'm working on a #HaloFastGrow list. Master Chief, my best friend, is the first to be ready for my final basing pass.

Plugging away at my #HaloFastGrow Fireteam! The difference between bare Speedpaint and then a glaze or two and a sharp highlight on these figures is nuts. Based tomorrow and that's the Spartans for my team done... on to the mere mortals that'll be in support! :D

Here we go, just finished priming all 9 of the #HaloFlashpoint Spartans that I hope to get done this week for the Mantic Games #HaloFastGrow event.

Squeaking across the line on the 1st of November for the #HaloFastGrow challenge... whew! I'll get better photos tomorrow, I promise. For now, blurry nonsense and all, there's Fireteam Hammer along with a couple of options I can swap in or out as I like during games of Flashpoint. Happy with that!

Post stream update, here is what I'm calling my first Red Team, painted for the #HaloFlashpoint Mantic Games #HaloFastGrow event. Tomorrow, I plan to start working on them earlier and pick out their undersuits, details, and weapons. If I have time, I might basecoat my blue team.

Managed to finish my #HaloFastGrow fireteam today!
As usual when dealing with a deadline, most work is done in the last three days =p
Had a lot of fun with these!
I wasn't sure what colours to use on the marines because they look different in every game; ended up with the Halo 3 design now ^^

I know Mantic Games is not watching this platform for the #halofastgrow paint a squad in a week challenge, but sharing what I did here anyways: a Squad of ODST troopers dropping in hot from Prime to basecoat, late WIP to Finished and Battle-Ready.

I'll grab some more vanity shots and better photos later, but for now? Fireteam Hammer is ready for action. That's the one Fireteam for the #HaloFastGrow finished... now a couple more Spartans in the days remaining, maybe, or an ODST or two?
