It's a chain. It's Walgreens. We left Walgreens because of the shitty customer service there but since Rite Aid went out of business, we have no other local option other than Hannafords and we're not going there. All the problems that led us to leave Walgreens years ago still exist.

I paid $9.49 for a pound of organic grass fed beef from NZ. at Stop and Shop. It tasted like beef with no bad smells or tastes. It probably comes from the same place if it was Hannafords. They're both owned by Ahold Delhaize.

i spent a very non-insignificant time in the kitchen of the house of pizza while my grandfather ran errands (talked to the owner georgie, went to hannafords and ate $10 in fruits and pastries while shopping). probably not up to health code to have a 4-10 year old wandering around back there but hey

I'm not from here either, and in four years I've never even seen a Market Basket except from the highway, much less been inside one. A shit-ton of Shaws, Star Markets, Hannafords, and Stop & Shops, but the Market Basket remains as elusive as it is mysterious.
