oh no i forgot to use my HappyLight® today
First time I’ve turned on the Happy Light before November.
It’s been dark & rainy for 3 weeks straight and still going—unprecedented!
I’m not sad, but it’s a struggle to wake up and stay awake without the light 🙃

Idaho peeps if we stay on Daylight Saving time permanently, I recommend a happy lamp. I get up and blast that thing in my face for 15 minutes and it’s almost as good as natural light for keeping me sane. I use a Verilux HappyLight.

I got three of these from various family members this year. By the third one I recognized the shape of the box and said to spouse, of this is another happy light I'm going to laugh so much. It was, and I did. Also, my mom & my husband got me the exact same cardigan. Sunshine and rainbows for all!
