I got three of these from various family members this year. By the third one I recognized the shape of the box and said to spouse, of this is another happy light I'm going to laugh so much. It was, and I did. Also, my mom & my husband got me the exact same cardigan. Sunshine and rainbows for all!

tbh Verilux has good stuff and they're on sale right now: verilux.com/collections/... I bought a happylight lamp years ago but it turned out my migraine eyes couldn't tolerate the light.

Idaho peeps if we stay on Daylight Saving time permanently, I recommend a happy lamp. I get up and blast that thing in my face for 15 minutes and it’s almost as good as natural light for keeping me sane. I use a Verilux HappyLight.
