I'm hoping tonight as it finally rains, my headpain will get much better.
Yesterday was so suck I thought I was going to start vomiting. Today started at that level.

Rizatriptan is my rescue medication, if I take it as a migraine is spinning up it can kill the headpain.

Migraines aren't all about pain, when my VM started it was the balance stuff that dominated -Vertigo, dizziness, disrealisation, I expert moving around like I live on a boat...I'm never steady.

we went 2 go do the dishes but shortly after just... froze up, hands shaking. suddenly we felt like we just had 2 get out of the kitchen and just. laid down, couldn't get ourselves up 4 a bit... our hands r still shakey and now we're feeling headpain where we usually don't? guh...
