There's Sequel Ace instead of HeidiSQL and Commander One for scp, sftp etc
HeidiSQL is now available in a native Linux version. On the download page you will find a .deb package for Debian/Ubuntu. The binary runs on Fedora as well, so I am on the way to also create an .rpm package. Note it's a pre-release yet and misses a few features.

I am using HeidiSQL for it. Work out the tables, constraints, views, triggers, procedures. Insert some and see how it all behaves before commiting the initial migration script.

It's all running on opensource software. A ProxMox server with VMs for a pfSense firewall, a headless Debian Tomcat/Lucee webserver, a headless Debian MySQL server and a Mint install for DB management using HeidiSQL (which is a buggy mess on linux but it'll do)
