Six-stamen Waterwort from a semi dried up pond near Land's End today on a Cornwall Botany Group field trip. A new species for the pond not recorded here before. Last photo shows the aquatic form. A new species for me.

So many new flowers bloomed this week! The sunny and warm days continue to encourage our #pnwnativeplants courtyard to show its blossoms. We've seen birds, squirrels, bees, and moths out there enjoying the weather. #naturephotography

To live in a world without...Rayman..."
After seeing the event a few days ago, I wanted to draw the villainess of the fan project of the Rayman Origins sequel!

Haven't posted in quite a while, but it's been a busy spring in the garden! I've been renovating large sections of the yard from grass lawn to native plants over the past 18 months or so and finally seeing some of the work pay off #nativeplantgardening #pnwgardening #seattle #fauntleroy #westseattle
