Gates did no such thing. He helped IBM come to market a few months earlier by selling them an OS he bought from another guy, but it all would have happened without him. Was a great business deal, getting to collect a tax on IBMs reputation, but crediting him with the home computer is rich.

Isso sem falar que a infraestrutura sobre a qual opera o PIX é possivelmente toda baseada em tecnologias suportadas por grandes multinacionais, onde as IBMs e Microsoft da vida devem ser atores importantes. Ou seja as companhias americanas ganharam e ganham dinheiro com o desenvolvimento do PIX.
