Oxford is getting a 24-hour vet service. Iffley Vets, on Iffley Road, will be staffed with three vets and three nurses overnight. At present, out-of-hours vet care is chiefly provided by practices outside Oxford. The new service is available to all pets whether or not registered with Iffley Vets.

Today there was someone actually watching TV on their phone as I cycled past them on the iffley rd.
Phone was up in a phone holder. Wild.

Ozzy's blood tests are confirmed normal.
He'll be under observation for four weeks, then officially cured of FIP - a disease that was fatal up untll 3 years ago. We are incredibly grateful to the vets at Eastcott Hospital in Swindon and Iffley Road in Oxford for their care and expertise.

Completely inacceptable parking job here - blocking the entire pavement, forcing pedestrians to step into a busy Iffley Road with no sightlines for drivers, cyclists or pedesrians.

A note on SRETs (side road entry treatments). Basically these make roads safer by slowing car drivers down as they turn, using raised platforms and tightening radii (1/2)

A post-Valentines smooch between two buses is causing disruption on the Iffley Road, outside the university Sports Centre. We are sorry to interrupt such an affectionate moment but should advise of traffic congestion.
