I called the 800 number, and was told I’d be texted a link, which would be much faster. It hung up. The dead link goes to InformedDelivery, which has been down for a week.
Called back & finally got a person, who has no clue where package is but advised me to try my local PO first.

They are interfering with the mail, informed delivery. Have been for weeks. For me, no daily emails until I complained. Now, emails with no photos of scanned mail. Keeps saying unable to scan. Many report the same. Someone with standing must look into this.

And, I’m sorry, but the USPS WILL sometimes contact via text if you have signed up for #informeddelivery or another service from them but they will NOT ask for sensitive info.

A friend sent me a postcard from Tokyo and it made it allllll the way to my #InformedDelivery dashboard, but it was never delivered to my house. @uspshelp.bsky.social is already in ruins, and now DOGE wants to salt the ashes. I truly hate it here.
