Spiders for this friday 🕷️

Despite having some arachnophobia, I do love Jumping Spiders & generally appreciate how beautiful & uniquely skilled spiders are !

Photo of a Bumblebee (Bombus Pascuorum aka Common Carder bee) flying towards a lavender flower bush. Taken in 2021 by Klemency Drake (with enhancement edits in 2025) Photo of a Bumblebee (Bombus Terrestris) resting on my finger, as if hanging there with its front legs to take a break and looking in the distance with its tongue out. Taken in 2021 by Klemency Drake (with enhancement edits in 2025) Photo of a Bumblebee (Bombus Terrestris) hanging from lavender with a single leg and trying to find balance in a rather comical and "hang in there !" way. Taken in 2024 by Klemency Drake (with enhancement edits in 2025) Photo of a Bumblebee (Bombus Terrestris) landed on top of lavender. Taken in 2023 by Klemency Drake (with enhancement edits in 2025)

Illustration of Wormmon from Digimon, winking and trying to do a peace sign with its little claws. Art by Klemency Drake, 2026 Art by Klemency Drake of Mercy (their OC-sona) and Bixbite (Mercy's Pokemon, a Shiny Scolipede) drawn together in the style of the "Pokémon trainer" collection sold in Pokemon Center (usually featured on standees, T-shirts stickers, clear files etc). Mercy makes metal hand sign, which can also be interpreted as the sign language of love if they were to be animated. The Pokeball background is designed to have sparkles and butterfly shapes, all in various shades of green and yellow. (Made in 2024) Digital fanart in "stained glass" style of Scolipede from Pokémon as an icon / PFP / Avatar, made by Klemency Drake. The angles have the poison type and bug type. (Made in 2024) Fanart of Golisopod from Pokemon Sun & Moon by Klemency Drake The bug-water Pokémon is slashing a water sword, leaving a trail of water from front to back. (Made in 2021)
