I’d bet we’ll sooner be able to buy a bicycle and wait for more walkable/bikeable cities than expect a non-Chinese EV that has analog controls under $25k.

Yeah, I bought a house in 1987 for 25K with a 95% endowment mortgage and didn't get round to cancelling the endowment. At the point it matured the Endowment paid me 24 odd K. The house was then worth about 135K, indicative of relative growth of houses and equity investments
