it’s not a full solution but at least these do help a lot. kkots’s github has a few other useful things for setting input delay online, or reducing load times

Those values are not hardcoded anymore, and should now be exempt from (my) errors. Defense Modifier was truncated and not rounded to fit with the wiki. With the help of @kkots and Worse Than You.
