lol they broke all the laws in 4K. IMPEACH EVERYONE.
If Republicans lose control of Congress in the midterm elections, the rest of President Trump's time in office is likely to be consumed by Democratic-led investigations into his administration and his business dealings, and possibly even another impeachment. https://to.pbs.org/4zJeitL

Makes perfect sense, & long overdue. We have some inadequate privacy laws, but it really needs to be clear & firm.

The Democrats now completely control Texas. They can un-gerrymander the state and repeal all the voter supression laws. Republicans aren’t winning Texas in 2028.

I’m feeling even better this morning y’all. The results at the state Supreme Court level means anti-trans laws in very bad states can now be challenged. The ballot measures will likely go down in court. Trifectas mean good laws coming in new states. And pro-trans electeds won in unlikely places!
The results are in: Election Night 2026 was a stunning rebuke of anti-trans politics.

From the western congressional district of Montana to a blue Texas, Republicans spent $200 million in anti-trans ads.

They suffered one of the worst defeats in history.

We don't let corporations dump a bunch of chemicals in our water and say, “Gee, I hope nobody gets hurt.”

We have rules and laws in place to keep people safe.

Frontier AI models are not exempt from the laws already on the books. And it’s time for Congress to step up to further protect people.

NO ONE SHOULD BE ARRESTED UNDER TERROR LAWS FOR HOLDING A SIGN.

NO ONE SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR PEACEFULLY PROTESTING.

THIS HAS TO STOP.

A reminder that Congress can’t indict people or enforce laws. The executive branch does all that, and we can’t change the executive branch until 2029.

I’ll continue to point out that extreme transphobic laws and “Biological Sex” are contemporary inventions.
We can change sex from 1950–70, until Corbett v Corbett invented “Biological Sex”. And from 2005–2025 the Gender Recognition Act reinstated our rights, until the Supreme Court changed the law again. So we had 40 years of freedom vs 30 years of transphobic laws.

not only was this the first truly decisive election in 15 years, not only was it the first real repudiation the MAGA Republican Party has experienced, but it is an earthquake in the South. with investment — and with laws protecting the right to vote — the whole region could be blue.
