Superb article on the history of lenalidomide. We rarely think of financial toxicity when we prescribe it in #Australia. As others have said it's about AUD 32 per month on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme that everyone has access to. Hope your myeloma stays in remission for a long time.

My father was months away from death when he was given the chance to participate in clinical trials of Thalidomide on treating his type of Leukemia. It turned out to be a miracle. It and the drug derived from the trials, lenalidomide (Revlimid), prolonged his life 12 years.
