By volunteering at his local center for archiving important queer Australian material, @hiencomics.com.au connects not only with his peers but with the generations of queer creators before him who documented their lives through flyers, posters, and even fabric.

Library folks, now is a really good time to bulk up your superhero comics collection and do some targeted outreach.

This is going to hurt local comics shops, and we don't want to encourage that... but we also have the ability to lessen the pain for readers.

Explore partnerships.

"What is it about queer comics that scares right-wing politicians so much? Conversely, what makes them such a powerful medium for queer and trans storytelling?"

These comics are so good!

This report from @oif.bsky.social is a great, depressing, reminder of what these book challenges really are: attempts to eliminate entire peoples from the public sphere.

This stretch goal has been reached and I am so psyched to see this educators' guide happening!

More guides in comics going forward from everyone please!

(Not sure how do go about it? I and plenty of others would love to help you make it happen!)

This is my new favorite description of the comics scene at ALA Annual every year. #alaac2026 #libcomix And @ryanestrada.com we all missed you greatly and your name and work came up often!
ALA annual is just a long series of excellent conversations with people who love books.

Then six months later, you find out that you accidentally sold thousands of copies, because a handful of those people were some of the most influential people in the industry.

The highest stretch goal in this campaign means Chris will gift a copy of the book to every public library in Kentucky, plus every middle and high school library that wants one.

How can you not be romantic about indie comics?
